Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Ekab Shuttles, we offer two types of fares so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. Please read the following refund and cancellation conditions carefully before booking.
Golden Fare

Platinum Fare
- Private service

- Free cancellation with 24 hours' notice
- Unlimited changes with 24 hours' notice
- Boarding Priority
- Courtesy stop at convenience store
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing by email to our Customer Service Department, mentioning your reservation number.
To cancel your reservation, please contact the Customer Service Department at https://ekab.mx with your reservation number and the reason for the cancellation.
- If you purchased the Golden Fare, you are only eligible for an open credit if you cancel 24 hours in advance (Valid for 12 months after the date of the cancellation); otherwise, you will be considered a no-show.
- If you purchased the Platinum Fare, you can obtain a full refund by canceling at least 24 hours before the service.
- Services purchased at the airport are non-refundable.
- In the case of a no-show, no refund will apply.
Modifications and Changes
Changes to your reservation (date, time, destination, vehicle type) are subject to availability and possible rate adjustments.
Golden Fare: Changes are permitted but may incur a fee depending on the notice given. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Platinum Fare: Unlimited changes free of charge as long as they are requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
